Noble Publishing Experts operates as a selective hybrid publishing imprint. Our services involve professional editorial judgment, time-based work, and third-party production costs.

As a result, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

We believe in transparency and fairness and outline refund eligibility clearly below.

BEFORE SERVICES COMMENCE

If you have agreed to proceed with a publishing or editorial service but no work has yet begun, you may request a refund.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing
  • Refunds at this stage are at our discretion
  • Any administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where permitted by law Once editorial review, project planning, or production preparation has started, services are considered commenced.

AFTER SERVICES COMMENCE

Once any of the following have begun, refunds are generally not available:

  • Editorial assessment or manuscript evaluation
  • Developmental, copy, or proof editing
  • Project management or production planning
  • Design, formatting, or ISBN allocation
  • Coordination with third-party vendors or platforms This is because:
  • Time and labour have been invested
  • Costs may have been incurred
  • Work performed cannot be reversed or resold

PARTIAL REFUNDS (LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES)

In rare cases, we may consider a partial refund where:

  • Services were paid for but not yet delivered
  • Work was materially delayed due to our error
  • A mutually agreed scope was not fulfilled Any partial refund is:
  • At our discretion
  • Assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • Calculated based on work completed
  • Issued at our discretion, unless required by law

STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS (USA & EU)

USA & EU Consumers

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

PAYMENT METHOD & TIMING

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Authors are to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including:
